With Liquid Pearls from Ranger you can create beautiful 3D effects in your designs. The paint dries in the thickness in which it was applied. The paint bottles have a fine tip with which you can work thin lines and fine drops into your design. The surface shimmers so that the dots of colour look like little pearls... :) You can also dilute the paint with a little water and colour your cards with the shade. The drying time of the paint varies depending on how thick the paint is applied and the background. You should allow about 2-3 hours. Suitable surfaces are e.g. paper, cardboard and textiles.
