Shipping Information

Private customers: We deliver with DHL. Standard shipping within Germany is € 5.50, except for the heavy Jesmonite AC730 SETs, which are calculated according to weight (see table below). From € 100 order value we deliver free of charge within Germany.

For catalogues, you only pay a shipping fee - that is 2.95€ within Germany, 4.20€ to EU countries and 5.95€ to all other countries. Downloads are of course free of charge.

Shipping costs to EU countries and Switzerland depend on the order weight, see the list below.

Note for shipping to countries outside the EU (export): When importing, additional costs are incurred in the form of customs duty and VAT, which will be invoiced to you by the shipping service provider after delivery. Possible allowances can be obtained directly from customs.
