Shipping Information
Private customers: We deliver with DHL. Standard shipping within Germany costs £5.50, except for the two heavy Jesmonite AC730 SETs, which are charged according to weight (see table below). If you only want to buy individual postcards, we will ship them within Germany for £2.20 or £3.20, depending on weight. For orders over £100, we deliver free of charge to German delivery addresses.
For catalogues, you only pay shipping costs – €2.95 within Germany, €4.20 to other EU countries and €5.95 to all other countries. Downloads are, of course, free of charge.

Note for shipping to countries outside the EU (export): When importing, additional costs are incurred in the form of customs duty and VAT, which will be invoiced to you by the shipping service provider after delivery. Possible allowances can be obtained directly from customs.
