Jesmonite AC100 is a non-toxic acrylic resin for mould casting. It is lightweight and you can colour it - and (of course!) stamp it. It's easy to work with, water-based, solvent-free and contains no harmful chemicals.We also stock a range of silicone moulds and colour pigments for Jesmonite. The finished material is white with a slight pink tinge. By adding Jesmonite pigment in white, a pure white shade can be achieved.The surface can also be made waterproof and food safe by using sealants that are also available (Colortec Max). For outdoor use, we also recommend making the surface weather-resistant with a sealer (Acrylic Sealer). The standard mixing ratio of base to liquid is 2.5:1. We recommend measuring the liquid first, then adding pigments if necessary and then the powder accordingly. The mixing ratio may vary slightly; it is best to test the optimum pouring consistency.
