With the Cake Pen from Rainbow Dust you can conjure up small highlights on your baked goods. It has 2 different thicknesses (0.5 mm and 2.5 mm). Food ink dries quickly, so it is easier to use in the Cake Pen than with a brush. Allow marzipan and fondant to dry slightly before applying the pencil to them. Always keep the pen well closed so that it does not dry out. Dried up can be re-moistened with a little water. It is not suitable for large areas. Since the ink in the pen is water-based, it is not suitable for drawing on chocolate and candy melts.
