If you do not like a product or have accidentally ordered something twice, you can of course return it to us. Here's how:
- Be sure to include a note with your name and order number so that we can identify your return.

Once we have checked that the items are undamaged and unused, we will refund the purchase price.

We always pay close attention to the quality of our products. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please send us an email with the following information to bestellung(at)catsonappletrees.de:
- Your name and order number
- A brief description of the damage
- A photo showing the damage
Yes, you are welcome to sell your creations stamped with cats on appletrees motifs. There are a few points to note:
- The products must be handmade by you.
- You may sell a maximum of 15 products with the same motif.
- The handmade creations may only be sold to private customers.
- The products must bear a reference to the origin of the motifs used. This can be on the back or on a small tag on which you write, for example, “stamped with cats on appletrees stamps”. Or you can use one of our logo stamps, which you can purchase here.
- If you want to sell your creations in online shops or on virtual marketplaces, you will need special permission. Please send us a few examples of your work to info(at)catsonappletrees.co.uk. (Don't worry – we won't be evaluating your work. We just want to get an idea of the style you use).
- It is not permitted to use cats on appletrees motifs to create logos or company trademarks.

As a private customer, you can easily order unmounted stamps from our web shop. Here's how: Add all the stamps you want to your shopping basket and then enter the code:
Stempel_UNMONTIERT
in the coupon field during checkout. All stamps in your shopping basket will then be discounted by 40% and delivered unmounted (with or without mounting foam on the back, depending on availability). Please note that the code cannot be combined with other discount promotions. If you also want to order mounted stamps, you will need to place a new order.
You can add all available catalogues to an order with other items free of charge. If you would like to receive just one catalogue, you can order it here. You will then only pay the postage costs.
You can find a detailed description of colours and stamp cleaning in our colour guide blog post. Here is a brief overview:
- VERSAFINE CLAIR: beautiful, rich, quick-drying stamp ink for paper and scrapbooking. Also reproduces very fine details.
- VERSAMAGIC: Chalk pigment-based ink pad for paper and scrapbooking. This means that the colours provide very good coverage (i.e. the underlying colour shows through less than with Versafine Clair, for example. With Versafine Clair, there is more of a mixture with the underlying colour).
- MEMENTO LUXE: Highly opaque pigment ink for surfaces such as fabric, wood or leather. The ink can be fixed to fabric using heat.
- STAZON & STAZON PIGMENT: Primarily intended for non-absorbent surfaces such as photos, glass, porcelain or candle foil. Can be fixed using heat. Not recommended for use with clear stamps.
We are often asked how to align motifs with wooden stamps or how to ‘hit’ them correctly: with a little practice and the right technique, it works quite well.
When stamping, we look diagonally under the stamps and use the lower edge as a guide. If we don't hit the mark exactly, we don't think it's a big deal – after all, the cards are handmade 🙂 Gaps can be easily filled in with a pen.
